About Rachel Bair, Vice President
Rachel specializes in client education, customized technology solutions and services in the areas of emerging technologies, colocation, and cloud technologies, Linux and Microsoft, building physical and virtual infrastructures, web technologies, and application development. Rachel has been working with clients in these arenas for over 15 years and specializes in helping them to architect customized solutions focused on their individual company needs, budget, and future goals.
Rachel has a successful track record in significantly increasing client base and revenues. She has increased sales productivity, improved vendor and client relationships. She has been instrumental in the success of division expansions, and company growth. Her specialties include: data center solutions, cloud hosting, Microsoft hosted products, disaster recovery/contingency planning, off-site hosting, custom virtual, and physical hosting solutions. web solutions. application development, sales, and operational and project management development, and team mentoring.
In her Vice President role with Data Canopy, Rachel will be managing client and partner onboarding and enablement.
About Amy Servis, Regional Channel Director
Amy is an industry veteran with over 25 years in Technology and Telecommunications space, with a successful history building strategic partnerships within the Agency Community spanning MSP/Interconnects/Consultants/Low Voltage vendors and Carrier contacts. Her pride in her work, her passion for service and support has developed longstanding relationships that are hard to come by. She has worked with clients in all verticals, including: Non-Profits, Government Agencies, Legal and Healthcare.
Her compassion is endless. Helping others who need a hand is important to her. She’s a proud Living Organ Donor. Her kidney now working hard for her brother in law Brian. She has raised thousands of dollars and donations for a non-profit KissesforKyle.org, which supports children with all types of cancers, and the challenges facing their entire families. As of 2019, Amy serves on their board. Amy is the proud mother of 3 grown boys and spends as much time as possible in the Poconos with them and her husband of 27 years Steve, and lab, Luci.
In her role with Data Canopy as Regional Channel Director, Amy will focus on the East Coast of the United States working with agent partners in this region to continue to grow the reach of Data Canopy.
About Michael Zufelt, Director of Data Center Operations.
Michael is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience spanning multiple verticals, including healthcare and priv
ate equity. This has provided Michael with a extremely well rounded level of expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Windows hardware and software, Apple product support, networking design and implementation, and cyber incident responses (such as recovering from a malware attack). With extensive experience supporting everyone from part time employees up to C level executives, Michael relishes every opportunity to help make technology accessible to all.
Michael is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who has taken this current break from organized sports to expand himself in other ways. He loves to spend time with his wife Rachel and their amazing daughter Etta, an extremely vocal three-year-old who will one day rule the world. When possible, Michael loves to work on his home Linux server to explore the growing world of self-hosted services.
In his role with Data Canopy as Director of Data Center Operations, Michael will work closely with the executive team to ensure all of our customers, both current and future, will continue to receive the exceptional level of service and reliability that drove him to join the company in the first place.
